Wczorajsza decyzja o zwolnieniu Marka Treli i Jerzego Białoboka, prezesów SK Janów Podlaski i SK Michałów odbiła się szerokim echem w mediach branżowych nie tylko w Polsce, ale i na całym świecie.

Zaniepokojenie wyraził już m.in. szef ECACHO - Jaroslav Lacina. Komentarze osób powszechnie uznanych za autorytety w środowisku arabskim przytaczamy poniżej:

Jaroslav Lacina, Przewodniczący ECAHO

"Shocking news just arrived today from Poland! Most honest and serious people of Arabian Horse breeding and business Mrs.Anna Stojanowska, Mr.Marek Trela and Mr.Jerzy Bialobok have been today fired from their jobs for very speculative reasons. God bless Polish Arabians..."

What Would Their Predecessors Say? Devastating.

Today afternoon the Agricultural Property Agency (APA) dismissed Anna Stojanowska from the position of APA horse breeding inspector, as well as Marek Trela and Jerzy Białobok, the presidents of the studs at Janów Podlaski and Michałów. All three experts would like to thank the studs' staffs, collaborators, breeders from all over the world and everyone with whom they had the opportunity to work towards the benefit of Polish horse breeding.

Thank you

Anna Stojanowska
Jerzy Białobok
Marek Trela

Dear Friends & Family of the Polish Arabian Horse,

A very disturbing situation has arisen in Poland involving the release from employment of three of the most important, influential and longest serving stewards of the Arabian horse in Poland: Director Marek Trela from Janow Podlaski, Director Jerzy Bialobok from Michalow, and Chief Arabian Horse Specialist Anna Stojanowska from the Agricultural Property Agency. While we are unsure of the political motivation of this decision, we as an international Arabian community united in support of these dedicated horsepeople and the invaluable importance of the Polish State Studs must act en masse by writing letters of concern to the Polish Ministry of Agriculture & the Agricultural Property Agency.

We would ask that your letters of support be respectful, with an emphasis on the urgency of reinstating Directors Trela & Bialobok and Chief Specialist Stojanowska to their positions of leadership not only in Poland, but in the worldwide Arabian horse community. We must also respectfully urge the current Polish government to preserve the State Studs of Janow Podlaski, Michalow & Bialka, and secure the future of Poland’s National Treasure: the Arabian horse.

The future of the Arabian horse in Poland, and indeed around the world, is in jeopardy. We must unite together and urge the government of Poland to reconsider these decisions and to preserve the Polish Arabian horse programs as the highest priority. Please show your support of these dedicated horsepersons and the centuries of tradition that the current stewards of the Arabian horse in Poland uphold each and every day. The future of the Arabian horse depends on OUR action NOW!

With Respect & Gratitude,
Scott Benjamin
